Have a drink, it's nice... Play idiots! But we know very well, the alcohol is not really considered to be a synonym for "attractive silhouette. Here are some tips when you drink alcohol...
Moderation above all.
Away from us the idea of the Puritans! Nevertheless, it is true that if you drink alcohol, it's nice to not go too hard. One or two drinks per hour, this isn't too bad. It keeps us not only to absorb too many calories, but also to be alcohol too quickly, and thus ending up with a good old headache the next day, or even more if affinity.
Alternate alcohol and water.
